Technically brilliant leaders stall. Not because they lack intelligence. Not because they lack ambition. But because no one ever taught them the inside game: how to lead the human inside themselves, let alone the humans around them.
We have all watched it cost companies their best people. We watched it cost leaders their health, their marriages, their belief in their own work. And we watched, again and again, how a different way of leading, quieter, more honest, more curious, produced not just better cultures, but measurably better business outcomes.

Paul wrote The Unarmoured Leader because the philosophy needed to live in a form you could hand to your team. He founded Dreams For Life because leadership development that doesn't lift others isn't leadership at all. And we coach 1:1 because some leaders need a quiet room and a person willing to ask the right question.
