There Is Another Level to Your Leadership.
A three-day, in-person immersion for leaders who are technically excellent, and ready to master the inside game. Co-facilitated by two master practitioners, in one of the world's most restorative settings.
The leadership you were trained for isn't the leadership your people need now.
For most of a career, leaders are rewarded for technical mastery, for having the answers, holding the line, and never letting the pressure show. That competence gets you to the room. It rarely gets you to the next level.
"Technical skills will keep you in the game. Emotional intelligence will win the championship."
This program exists for the moment you sense there is more available to you: more influence, more presence, more impact. But the path forward isn't another framework or a longer to-do list. It's a different way of leading. More honest. More self-aware. More human. Measurable, teachable, and, for the leaders willing to do the work, the most reliable predictor of sustained performance in the decade ahead.
Three days. A small cohort of serious leaders. Two facilitators who have spent their careers helping people find the level they didn't know they had.
For leaders ready for the next level.
This is not an introduction to management. It's for people already carrying real responsibility who sense there's more available to them.
- Senior leaders ready to rewire decades of leadership habits
- High-potential managers accelerating into bigger roles
- Founders and executives leading through complexity and change
- Coaches, HR and L&D leaders deepening their own practice
- Anyone committed to authentic, emotionally intelligent leadership
Prerequisite: the willingness to show up fully, engage honestly, and apply what you learn.
An arc designed for transformation, not information.
An indicative flow. The cohort's live needs shape the detail, but the journey is deliberate.

Indicative agenda, finalised in detail with the confirmed cohort. Sessions are interwoven with reflection time in the Bali setting.
Most programs are an event. This is a practice.
The three days are built around how the brain actually learns, forgets, and rebuilds habit, drawn from IGNITE Performance's Prepare → Learn → Perform architecture and CFT Asia's ontological coaching approach.
Know yourself first.
Before Bali, you complete your Discflow and E.I. Leadership assessments, blending DISC behavioural insight with emotional intelligence, giving you a precise map of your strengths, patterns, and the dimensions where you'll grow.
Practice in the room.
Immersive, facilitated cohort work with people who'll tell you the truth. Empathy, inquiry, strategic vulnerability and ontological awareness (language, body and emotion) turned into how you lead on Monday morning.
Embed the habit.
Three days can open the door, but spaced, contextual practice is what rewires a thirty-year habit. So the work continues long after Bali.
Our AI-enabled habit and behaviour app keeps the learning alive in the flow of work: daily micro-prompts, peer-to-peer practice, and real-time application exercises. Combined with 1:1 executive coaching sessions that meet each leader where their week actually is, the result is what the research calls compounding behavioural change.
versus a one-time workshop
A mobile-first experience that activates leaders and drives daily behaviour change.
- Micro-lessons & micro-actions
- AI execution coach
- Social learning & streaks
Two master practitioners. One transformation.
You won't learn leadership from a slide deck. You'll learn it from two people who have spent their careers in the room with leaders doing the real work.

Paul has spent fifteen-plus years inside boardrooms and leadership teams across the globe, and the same pattern emerges every time: technically brilliant leaders stall, not for lack of intelligence or ambition, but because no one ever taught them the inside game. He built IGNITE Performance to teach it at scale.
He is the architect of IGNITE's three leadership academies and the Unarmoured Edge methodology, a 12-month, behaviour-change ecosystem grounded in Discflow, EQ-i 2.0 Emotional Intelligence, CliftonStrengths & Insight Discovery human inventory assessments. He facilitates for senior leaders at organisations including Cisco, Palo Alto Networks, The Trade Desk, & Vale. Paul is also the author of The Unarmoured Leader, your guide to applying Emotional Intelligence.

"Vulnerability is the highest form of professional courage."
Oliver Love
CFT Asia · "There's another level"
Oliver Love is an executive coach and facilitator whose entire practice is built on a single idea: there is another level available to every leader, and it begins from within. Through CFT Asia, he helps leaders discover that lasting change starts not with new tactics but with a shift in how they relate to language, body and emotion: the foundations of ontological coaching.
He delivers a globally renowned three-day Foundation Workshop recognised by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) as 24 Continuing Coach Education units in core coaching competencies, and is a certified Discflow trainer, blending DISC behavioural insight with emotional intelligence. His focus is the everyday work of leadership: creating the time and safe space for the conversations about engagement, motivation and performance that most leaders never have.

Hotel Indigo Bali, Seminyak Beach
Three days of deep work deserve a setting that restores you. Our home for the program is a design-led beachfront retreat where the rhythm of Bali does half the work of settling the mind.
Bali has drawn leaders, artists and seekers for generations, and for good reason. The island's unhurried pace, warm hospitality and the sound of the Indian Ocean create the conditions for reflection that a city hotel never can. When the nervous system settles, the deeper work of leadership becomes possible.
You'll learn in a private, light-filled space just steps from the sand, break beside the pool, and return each evening to a calm ocean-view room, so the insights of each day have the room to settle and take root.

A portion of every place supports Dreams For Life, the non-profit founded by Paul that builds community-led schools across Indonesia, the same country that hosts your program.
Leadership development that doesn't lift others isn't leadership at all.
The difference isn't subtle.
Before the Academy, our team exhibited inconsistent executive engagement. Empathy was a concept, not a skill. Post-Academy, our team is more confident, curious, and consultative. IGNITE didn't just train our team. They rewired how we engage.
Before, our team was good, but we lacked data-driven insight into our strengths and how to leverage them. Post-Academy, we've ten-folded our outcomes. It broke down barriers and helped us understand each other, naturalising our teamwork.
