How long is the program?
Ten sessions over 12 weeks, plus 12 months of habit-app reinforcement.
Is it virtual or in-person?
Sessions are virtual live (Zoom or Teams). Private cohorts can opt for hybrid or in-person delivery on request.
How big is each cohort?
Public cohorts: 12-18 participants. Private (single-company) cohorts: 10-20.
What assessments are included?
CliftonStrengths and an EI baseline. The full EQ-i 2.0 is part of the E.I. Academy (the natural next step for ASPIRE graduates).
Can 1:1 Coaching for further reinforcement be included?
Yes 1:1 Coaching is an excellent additional service, where clients have seen acceleration in skill application.
